Processing & Shipping Times

Pre-Made / Ready-to-Ship Items:

Orders ship within 2–3 business days.


Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items:

Production and fulfillment require 3–4 weeks before shipment.


Once shipped, transit time depends on carrier performance, weather delays, and regional delivery speeds. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.





Order Information & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an address adjustment is needed, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement.

We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses, missed deliveries, or redirection fees.

 

 


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is scanned in by the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the shipping courier.

We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

We will assist you in initiating a claim where possible.


 

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are permitted.


 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video of the issue

Approved cases may receive store credit or replacement at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be reviewed.


 

 

Sizing Responsibility

Please review size charts and fit notes carefully before purchasing.

We are not responsible for incorrect size selection or fit dissatisfaction.


 

 

Pre-Order & Custom Pieces

Many products are produced in limited quantities or created per order.

Processing times may vary based on material availability, production volume, or seasonal demand.
